SHIPPING & RETURN

SHIPPING

All the KAIHANA products will be shipped in poly mailing envelopes with water, tear and puncture resistant. For domestic shipping, we ship from Hawaii US by USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. 

For International shipping, USPS, DHL and UPS are available.


< Customs and import taxes >
Import taxes, duties, or VAT may apply to your order. These fees vary by country, and in some cases may not be required at all. In many countries, you will be required to pay these fees when picking up your package. Unfortunately we don't have any control over them. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

About lost package, it would be consider been "lost" after certain period of time:
Domestic: 25 days from shipping date
International: 45 days from shipping date

RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it back to KAIHANA within 30 days of your original purchase date unless purchased as part of a sale or promotion. All items purchased at a 30% discount or higher are FINAL SALE.

Please note the following:

  • We are not currently offering direct exchanges. Customers can return items for a refund and place a new order

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund

  • Online purchases can be returned by mail 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders over $100 ship for free within the US

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Please allow 14-21 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be processed. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to issue your refund.

  • Any products not purchased directly through KAIHANA cannot be returned or exchanged through KAIHANA

  • All Gift Cards are a final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • KAIHANA reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of use, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please review your order information before placing your order. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!

DELIVERIES

Please email kaihana.design@gmail.com within 60 days of placing your order if there were errors in receiving your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders can take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. The customer is solely responsible for all duties and import taxes
